These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the online store operated by LIGATURA FOX Kft., a company registered in Hungary, with its registered seat at 1205 Budapest, Hosszú u. 98., company registration number 01-09-666609, tax number HU12313426 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our website and placing an order, you (“customer”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.
We manufacture and sell platinum‑cure silicone adult products (“Products”), intended exclusively for adults aged 18+.
Our Products are handmade, and minor variations in color, texture, firmness, or surface appearance may occur. These natural variations are inherent to artisanal silicone casting and do not constitute a defect.
• We ship within the European Union and to the United Kingdom.
• Deliveries are handled by Packeta or other designated couriers.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
• If incorrect address information is provided, delays or failed delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non‑collection, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Under EU consumer protection law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does NOT apply to:
sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Since our Products are intimate silicone items intended for personal use, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Additional conditions:
We guarantee that our Products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If you receive a defective item:
• Contact us within 14 days of receipt
• Provide photos and a description of the issue
We are not liable for:
• damage caused by improper use
• incorrect cleaning or storage
• exposure to incompatible substances (e.g., silicone‑based lubricants)
• damage caused by third parties
• normal wear resulting from regular use
Our Products are handmade, and the following natural characteristics of artisanal platinum‑cure silicone casting may occur. These characteristics are not considered defects:
• small surface air bubbles, especially on the base
• slight color variations or marbled patterns
• minimal asymmetry due to hand‑pouring
• minor tolerance differences in silicone firmness
• subtle variations in surface texture
Additionally, the actual color of the Product may differ from what is displayed on digital screens (including monitors, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones).
Differences in screen brightness, calibration, color temperature, and display technology mean that the colors shown online cannot be guaranteed to match the physical product exactly.
Such differences are normal and do not constitute a quality defect or grounds for a complaint.
Our Products are intended for personal use only and are not medical devices.
All content on the website—including images, text, branding, product designs, molds, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content or product designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
